The Solution.
15 plus data entry professionals, used double keying method to attain 99.995%accuracy, in the workflow of transforming and indexing the documents received from client’s end through FTP servers or e-mails. The entire process was divided in two parts:
Process Flow (Parts Lists)
- Client provided enlisted data via FTP or email.
- Sample PDF along with the necessary comments.
- Excel template with require fields and sample records.
- TIFF/PDF files of parts lists for the data entry.
- Additional instruction.
- Review instructions and send the price and turnaround time back to client.
- Upon receipt of confirmation over email from the client, the team commenced the project.
- Multi-layered quality check process to ensure Zero errors.
- Delivering completed files to client via FTP or email with summary of completed records.
Process Flow (Hotpoint)
- Client provided us with enlisted data through FTP or email.
- TIFF images of mechanical or electrical drawings.
- LDF files related to the tiff images.
- Software to process the Hotpoint data entry.
- Require instructions with sample files.
- Review instructions and send the price and turnaround time back to client.
