Maintaining accuracy was the crucial part of this part. A single error in keying the order can break down the entire system and eventually loss of business.

Timely and quality results were the main pillars of this project. Hence, we had to make sure that quality is not compromised at any level, still the client get the completed project in the defined time-framed.

The Solution.

• The client had a dedicated server system which stored all the E-fax. The data entry operators sorted out the orders from the database and key in the items in the prescribed format.
• If required, the discounts were applied to the type of customer groups.
• Prioritize the orders based on different groups of customers to streamline the process – For example; orders from Irish customers were keyed in before 11:00 AM GMT.
• Since, this was a time-bound project, and timely delivery on the work was the topmost priority; we had employed a dedicated team of 9 members; where 2 members were responsible for quality analysis and control.
