- Data entry of checks was to be done in a handwritten Italian language software.
- The volume of checks to be entered in the software; fluctuated on daily basis, especially first and last two days of the month it used double-up.
- Zeroing on a resource, well versed with banking and finance details such as terminologies, technicalities etc.
- Client emphasized on efficiency of the resource, enhanced quality of work, but wanted to keep the cost low.
