- We thoroughly reviewed the source documents to check if there are any incomplete or missing, data.
- Incomplete, unclear or missing data was further brought to the notice of client.
- Creation of a uniform layout and format to ensure that the book content is perfectly aligned and a consistency in fonts, style and typography is maintained through the entire book.
- Our multi-tier quality control process included:
- The primary inputs were received in form of MS Word & Excel spreadsheet via FTP server.
- We thoroughly reviewed the source documents to check if there are any incomplete or missing, data.
- Incomplete, unclear or missing data was further brought to the notice of client.
- Creation of a uniform layout and format to ensure that the book content is perfectly aligned and a consistency in fonts, style and typography is maintained through the entire book.
- Our multi-tier quality control process included:
- Meticulous checking by a dedicated team of quality controller against the source documents.
- Discrepancies were immediately rectified.
- The quality controller also cross-checked whether the information mentioned in the source file is properly laid out in the InDesign template. Any missed information is inserted immediately.
- Further, our QCs performed a complete logical check to trace any minor error, for e.g. the revenue column must have only numeric value only.
- It was ensured by the quality controllers that accurate data was entered in the template.
- Before final dispatch completed InDesign file was examined by another person (quality controller) to trace errors.
- Moreover, a random audit in PDF format is done by the auditor. If more than 05 errors were found, the file was rejected and passed on for rectification. If there were no errors, book was dispatched.
- The audited file is dispatched to the client (in InDesign package) by the Project Manager with detailed work status report.
