Baljinder brings over 22 years of robust experience in software engineering to his role as the leader of the Digital Solutions division at Hitech. In this capacity, he spearheads initiatives ranging from new product development to the seamless integration of cutting-edge technology and automation. Before joining Hitech, Baljinder made significant contributions to multiple startups in the US and Indian healthcare sector, where he played a pivotal role in constructing large-scale systems. Leading organizations where he lent his expertise include Reliance Jio and Eclipsys India.
Baljinder commands extensive experience in digitization, product roadmap planning, requirement gathering, analysis and design, sprint planning and delivery. His vision for digital solutions extends beyond technological advancements encompassing a profound understanding of clients’ needs and challenges.
Baljinder is a seasoned cricket player and enjoys reading and walking in his leisure time.
